We know better than anyone that purchasing a wig is a commitment. When you're done with it, where does it go? Let's be honest, in the closet never to be seen again.
We want to change that, you can have the style, save the coins, and be rid of a wig within a week.
Our Promise

We promise to maintain sanitary procedures (disinfecting, washing, and drying) with each returned wig while preserving the quality of the hair. If you are not satisfied with your rental let us know within 24 hours of receiving and we will be happy to issue a 100% refund upon receiving the wig back.

How many bundles do I need?As an overall safety net we typically advise clients to purchase at least 3 bundles but some clients like a fuller and more voluminous look. If that’s you, then you may want to purchase 4 bundles. Message us with what style you have in mind and we can provide suggestions.

How long does it take to ship?We offer expedited shipping for our clients, however, standard shipping generally takes 3 - 5 business days. We provide tracking for your order once it ships so you can keep an eye on your order.

How long does installs take?All service durations are accurately provided at the time of booking. You can expect install services to take 1.5 to 2 hours.

Do I need to wash my own hair for service?This is your preference, we will happily provide prepping services for your appointment or you can come shampooed, conditioned, and detangled.

Where are you located?I recently transitioned from my fully furnished home salon to a well equipped hair salon suite in Bowie, MD. However, I also offer mobile services for the Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland area.

How much are your bundles?Our price per bundle starts as low as $60 and can go as high as $200 per bundle. It really depends on the style and grade of hair you are interested in. We also offer some amazing bundle deals where you can get 3 bundles of varying lengths for a discounted price.

How do I book an appointment?You can schedule your appointment or virtual consultation by clicking on 'Book Now' on the website menu.

I have a complaint about my order, what do I do?At your convenience please email us at info@redoasishair.com with your order number, contact information, and pictures identifying the issue. After reviewing I will be happy to provide a prepaid shipping label for the product to be returned to us and which option of redemption (new order, store credit, partial or full refund) the order qualifies for. Once the product is returned we will happily process your option of redemption.
